In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

"Prohibited Conduct"	Any action described in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the mr8888 Platform.

By clicking "Register", completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the mr8888 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the mr8888 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all use of the Platform, including browsing, account registration, deposits, wagers, bonus claims, withdrawals, and customer support interactions. If you access the Platform on behalf of any third party, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that party to these Terms, and the word "you" in these Terms shall refer to both you and that party.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable legislation.

mr8888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that cannot satisfy the requirements above.

To access the full suite of mr8888 services you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

4.1 One Account Rule

Each eligible person may hold only one active Account on the mr8888 Platform at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, a family member's identity, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and at any point thereafter when requested. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile phone number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. mr8888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mr8888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

All Account balances are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) by default. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT, and other supported crypto assets), the equivalent IDR value at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be credited to your Account. mr8888 applies no hidden currency conversion margin on crypto deposits; the exchange rate applied is disclosed at the time of the transaction.

mr8888 operates a mandatory KYC verification program in accordance with internationally recognized anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing your first withdrawal, or at any other time at mr8888's discretion.

5.1 Required Documents

When KYC verification is initiated, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of a government-issued photo identification document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM).
• Proof of Age: The same document used for identity verification will typically satisfy age verification, provided date of birth is clearly visible.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the past 90 days confirming your registered Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account, e-wallet account (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja), or cryptocurrency wallet used to deposit funds, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.

5.2 Processing and Consequences

mr8888 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until KYC verification is approved. Accounts that fail KYC verification, or where the submitted documents cannot be authenticated, will be suspended pending further review. Deposits made to a suspended account will be returned to the original payment method, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. mr8888 does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed to the original payment method and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.

mr8888 reserves the right to set individual deposit limits, to impose enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits, and to return funds in circumstances where it believes a deposit may be connected to fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming concerns.

Withdrawals from your mr8888 Account are processed subject to the following conditions:

7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The requested withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and e-wallets; cryptocurrency withdrawal minimums are stated on the withdrawal screen.

7.2 Processing Timelines

7.3 Withdrawal Delays and Holds

mr8888 reserves the right to delay or place a hold on a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC documentation is pending or under review; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) the Account is subject to an active investigation; or (d) the withdrawal would breach responsible gaming limits set by the Player. In all such cases, mr8888 will communicate the reason for the delay within 24 hours.

mr8888 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The Wagering Requirement specifies the total amount of qualifying wagers you must place before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering Requirements typically range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the Platform contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%–20%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw bets and sportsbook wagers contribute at the rate specified in the individual promotion's terms. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed on the promotion page.

8.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses carry a validity window, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement at the expiry of the validity window will be automatically forfeited without notice.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

mr8888 employs automated monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent; coordinated multi-account wagering; exploitation of errors or system glitches to generate unjustified bonus credits. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the mr8888 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, crash games):

9.1 Bet Acceptance

mr8888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted only when a confirmation receipt is generated and displayed to the Player. In the event of a technical failure occurring between bet submission and confirmation, the bet will be void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

9.2 Sportsbook — Asian Handicap and Mix Parlay

The mr8888 sportsbook offers Asian Handicap markets, 1X2, over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) betting across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, and all major international tournaments including FIFA World Cup qualification matches involving Timnas Indonesia. All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body after completion of regular time plus any injury time added, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

9.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are governed by the studio provider's published rules, which are available within each game interface. mr8888 does not control live dealer decisions and will not void bets on the basis of a player's displeasure with a particular outcome.

9.4 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on the mr8888 Platform are sourced from officially published draw outcomes of the relevant pool operators. mr8888 does not conduct independent draws. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the official pool result, the official pool result prevails.

9.5 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in any odds, prize payout, game outcome, or system display — including but not limited to incorrect odds postings, software bugs, or data feed failures — mr8888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. Profits derived from manifest errors will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mr8888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether alone or in coordination with others.
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-style games or deliberate match outcome manipulation in any format.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence agents, or any other automated tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary manual users.
• Exploitation of Technical Vulnerabilities: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, system errors, or display glitches to derive financial gain, including repeated exploitation of known manifest errors.
• Money Laundering: Using the mr8888 Platform to layer, integrate, or in any way launder proceeds from illegal activity. mr8888 is required by applicable international standards to report suspicious financial activity.
• Bonus Abuse: Any pattern of betting or Account behavior designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine play intent, as described in Section 8.4.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit that was genuinely made to your mr8888 Account.
• Threats and Harassment: Threatening, harassing, or abusing mr8888 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

mr8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including age or residency.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Engagement in any form of Prohibited Conduct as described in Section 10.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity associated with the Account.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring Account closure or asset freeze.

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting mr8888 support. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, mr8888 will process any remaining real-money balance back to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money through completion of Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Funds on Suspension

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the balance held in that Account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. mr8888 will endeavor to complete investigations within 30 days. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the balance released in full. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited in accordance with the nature of the breach.

mr8888's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described therein.

The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, unless a subsequent amendment expressly states that it applies retroactively.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mr8888 holds its international operating license.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within 30 days shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized international arbitration body designated by mr8888. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
